The Cooperative Trust Mentorship Project began as an idea created during our first event, Crash The GAC. During this event it became evident that mentoring opportunities within our industry were strongly lacking – especially for employees under the age of 30.
We feel without these mentoring relationships young credit union professionals will continue to become disengaged and leave the industry. So instead of sitting back and continuing to watch valued and talented colleagues leave the industry, we’d like to do something about it.
The Cooperative Trust Mentorship Project seeks to respond to the mentoring and career development needs of young credit union professionals by engaging seasoned industry leaders and their guides.
